Our standard Thermocouple Stainless Steel Probe is manufactured with a high quality 316 stainless steel sheath, crimp sealed with 1M PFA flexible lead wire. Standard probe diameters for these thermocouple sensors are 3mm and 6mm, with many variations or both metric and imperials diameters available on request.
This rigid stem thermocouple probe is ideal for general purpose temperature measurement, the closed-end tube makes this probe suitable for air, gas and liquid mediums.
Whilst this probe is ideal for use with a compression fitting to control the immersion depth, we can also manufacture a custom length to suit your application. The page image is a type J thermocouple with IEC lead wires.
